Listing Setup & Consulting

Starting a new rental or refreshing an existing one? I can help you create a welcoming, practical experience for guests, including:

• Reviewing your space and identifying what guests may need
• Creating or improving your listing description and house information
• Coordinating photography
• Planning furnishings, supplies, and inventory
• Setting up entry instructions, locks, and guest guides
• Reviewing the guest experience from booking through checkout

Property Inspections

The time between stays is an opportunity to catch small issues before the next guest arrives. Inspections can include:

• A walkthrough of accessible interior and exterior areas
• A check for visible damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items
• Photos and notes documenting the property’s condition
• Follow-up on items that need your attention

Ongoing Host Support

If you already have a rental, I can help with selected day-to-day tasks such as guest communication, coordinating cleaners and vendors, tracking property needs, and preparing for upcoming arrivals. We’ll agree on the scope of support that works for you.

Support built around your goals
