Arrival Preparation

Come back to a home that feels ready for you. Before your arrival, we can:

• Walk through the property and note anything that needs attention
• Adjust lighting and temperature as requested
• Coordinate cleaning or other scheduled services
• Check that agreed-upon essentials are in place

Storm Checks

Coastal weather can change quickly. Pre- and post-storm visits can include:

• A visual check of the property’s exterior and accessible areas
• Photos and updates on visible concerns
• Notification if something needs your attention
• Coordination with an appropriate vendor when authorized

Vendor Coordination

You don’t have to be on-site for every appointment. We can help schedule and coordinate access for cleaners, maintenance professionals, and other service providers, then follow up with you after the visit.

Service tailored to your property

Every home and owner has different needs. We’ll talk through what matters to you, agree on the services you’d like, and keep you informed along the way. Concierge services can be arranged alongside recurring Home Watch visits or requested separately.
