A local presence for the home you care about

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Boudreau, founder of Anchor Property Concierge. I live in Hampton, and I started this business because I saw a need in our coastal community: homeowners who spend time away want someone local they can trust to look after their property, notice concerns early, and help with the details that are difficult to manage from a distance.

Real estate has been a part of my life since I bought my first property at 22. Over the years, I’ve owned and managed rental properties, worked in real estate, and cared for short-term rentals. I know how much time, planning, and personal investment goes into a home. I also know the peace of mind that comes from having a reliable person nearby.

My background includes working with homeowners and serving local businesses in commercial banking. Those experiences taught me to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and follow through. At Anchor Property Concierge, I bring that approach to home watch visits, storm checks, arrival preparation, vendor coordination, and short-term rental support.

I care about being part of the Seacoast community, not just working in it. I enjoy connecting with neighbors and local businesses through Chamber events, building relationships with local service providers, and finding ways to give back. When you work with me, you’re working directly with someone who lives here and cares about the homes and people that make this area special.

Your property deserves thoughtful care while you’re away. I’d welcome the chance to learn about your home and how I can help.
